History
Beginning life as a janitorial services company in 2013, Bright swiftly grew into a full scale integrated facility management company. Over the years, the company has proven itself as an industry leader, time after time, and now boasts over 30 projects in Dubai and Sharjah, and maintains a presence in cities such as Bangalore, Kuala Lumpur and Kigali.

Balaji Parthasarathy
A Civil Engineer with an MBA, Balaji Parthasarathy has over 20 years of experience in real estate across India and the UAE and is an ETA Star Properties veteran. Under his direction, Bright has been able to create high-level executional strategies that are result-oriented and value-based.
PR Vijayakumar
A senior architect with over 30 years of local and international experience. He is a registered strata manager and has considerable expertise in the property industry, the strata community management sector, safety awareness and the UAE real estate market.
